Submission of this form serves as a formal agreement between the Producing Member Company and EMACT that the production(s) below be included for consideration in the DASH program and annual award consideration. Application and payment assures award consideration but does not guarantee nomination or receipt of an award.

  Due to the increase in the cost of gas over the past year and help cover the reviewers expense in getting to shows we have had to make an increase to the cost of the DASH program. For all groups within a 30 miles radius of Boston the cost for this season is $35 per production and groups beyond the 30 mile radius cost is $45 per production. The additional $5 is all being passed on directly to the reviewers for Gas costs.
