WEBCAST IS WEDNESDAY, JULY 20th AT 8PM

EMACT is pleased to announce that the 2011 DASH Award Nominees will once again be announced via a webcast this year. The webcast will take place on Wednesday, July 20th at 8PM. To be a part of this exciting event, simply visit the following website:

You will be able to view the entire webcast without logging into the site, but if you wish to take part in the live chat during the show you will need to register (there is a "sign up" link in the upper right-hand corner). Please note that we are using a different site this season so sign-ons for previous years will NOT work. We highly recommend visiting the site prior to the event to get registered (if you so choose) and to make sure that your computer is compatible by testing out a couple of other links.

Tickets $35 per person.  Includes:

  • Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar (beer and wine)
  • Display of photographs from DASH entered productions
  • Socializing with hundreds of theater people
  • Selections from the DASH nominated Best Musicals, performed on stage!
  • Presentations about the DASH nominated Best Plays!
  • Presentation of 35 Distinguished Achievement and Special Honors Awards
  • Ticket price includes booking fee, no increase in price from last year

 
Purchasing tickets for the Gala

  • Tickets for the 2011 EMACT Gala may be purchased only in advance via this website.
  • Online ticket sales require payment with a credit card.
  • The sale price includes all credit card fees.
  • Credit card sales are handled by TicketStage, our secure online sales agent.
  • You may use MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or DISCOVER.
  • Tickets will be held for you at the door.  Bring your order confirmation email.
  • Only 350 seats are available, and tickets should sell out, so please act quickly.
  • All sales are final; no refunds. 
  • When you place your order, you will be asked to enter the number of tickets you want.  Then you will be asked for your personal and credit card data.  (All data are kept secure and confidential.)
  • At the bottom of the order form is the question “Which theatre group are you associated with?”  Please use the dropdown to select your theatre group.  You will be assigned seats with your group during the awards presentation. 
  • Please use the Names in Your Party field to enter the names of each of the persons in your party, so that we can prepare name tags for everyone.  
  • Please also put a star (*) next to the names of any award nominees in the Names field, so that we can be sure to seat them on the ground floor with quick access to the award presenters.
